It may not be fair to say that this book is just a tutorial book as it covers not only the basics of C++ but also more importantly how to master C++ up to finish your project. It definitely an excellent tuturial as well as reference book for all C++ programmers who hope to improve their skill and level to a masteral level.

The whole book is like a carefully structured well thought out program. I abandoned annotating the margins because the information is compactly written and yet it is still easy to read and understand. There is just the right amount of re-itteration and useful cross references (some of which are 'look ahead'). It is enjoyable.
