Tim Street-Porter's tour of Jamaica, Sri Lanka, Mexico, etc allows the reader to visit a plethora of stunning houses in amazing locations. All the houses are designed by famous architects, owned by famous people and all capture the essence of the environment around. The locations in Mexico are particularly beautiful. This book of great photographhy will capture the imagination of anyone interested in swapping their dreary London existence for the beauty and warmth of a tropical country, and even if you can't afford these houses it will inspire you to at least move near to one!
