5.0 out of 5 stars You'll love this book,a wonderful follow-on to wedding spell, 13 Jan 2001

Once again Donna has written another fantastic book. This is a brilliant follow-on to Wedding Spell. It brings back old favorites, Allisande, Sebastian who is now a fully-fledged witch, Dagon and Sydney. This is Dagon's story. He returns home to Scotland after Ali's and Sebastian's wedding to find his castle in turmoil from a bumbling witch named Sarina. The sparks fly right from the start. Dagon thinks she is young, about 100 years old, but there is a mystery surrounding Sarina which Dagon is determined to solve.

Dagon has requested a meeting with The Ancient One. He thinks she will make to perfect lifemate for himself, but that is before meeting Sarina.

This book is one of the best I have read and i'm sure you will enjoy it as much as I did. I'm looking forward to reading Magical Memories which is the next one in the series. I do hope Donna continues with the series after the next one. I don't want it to end. A truly magical read. well done Donna.

5.0 out of 5 stars Enjoyable supernatural romance, 18 Aug 1999
By A Customer
Three hundred years old witch Dagon Rasmas flies from America to return a mess at his Scottish castle. Apparently, a recently hired maid Sarina is an incompetent witch, whose clumsiness leads to many errors. The problem confronting Dagon and his loyal staff is that they are unable to rectify Sarina's blunders.

Dagon envies his long time friend Alisande, who recently married a person she deeply loves and who loves her in return. He wants a lifemate, but needs a powerful witch to be his spouse. He chooses the legendary Ancient One, even though he finds himself falling in love with the pathetic Sarina, who reciprocates his feelings. However, duty before love requires Dagon to reject Sarina and continue his pursuit of the Ancient One.

Fans of otherworldly romances are quickly recognizing that Donna Fletcher is one of the sub-genre's best authors due to novels like WHISPERS ON THE WIND and WEDDING SPELL. Her most recent tale, MAGICAL MOMENTS, is a beautiful love story that centers on witches being a thriving species in the modern world. The entertaining romance is fun to read about as neither of the lead protagonists feel the other is what they need even though they love one another. However, what makes Ms. Fletcher's story so enticing is the feeling that witches are a genuine race living alongside humans.
