This is the first book I have read by Claire and I was a bit disapointed with it. Alasdair thought he was in the world of fairie and not in the future. Morgan thought he was a thief because he had the stone from the crown jewels. She did not think that Alasdair had come to the future and had changed history. The story does pick up and when it does it really a good story.
