This is not a sex manual nor is it Buddhist. It is a genuine summary of traditional Indian (Hindu)spiritual beliefs and practices, often quite abstract or theoretical. It is well illustrated and has great breadth. The authors show academic learning. I would suggest as good background for somebody seeking a modern spiritual path, but look elsewhere for practical work.
