1.0 out of 5 stars Dreadful, 11 Mar 2002
By A Customer
Having read a great deal about this book I was expecting far more from it. The tricks/routines in it are very dated and mostly require in depth preparation or collusion from a member of your audience.
Seriously, don't waste your money!!

1.0 out of 5 stars Do you really want this? I thought i did i was wrong!, 22 Jan 2003
Fair play... packed full of usful ticks:
PROVIDED:
N.B

You have the equipment and guess what i'm not a magician i don't have all the stuff it wants me to have

You understand the terminolgy - once more i don't and i did not see any terminology referance so i guess thats a whole lot of use!

However if you want to become a professonal magcian this may be handy if you can plough through the hard to understnad diagrams

This book looks outdated and is - credit must be given its very in depth and complicated.

It's not what i hoped for...

SO PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOU MONEY ! ! !

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent, 7 Jan 1998
By A Customer
The book is literally packed with excellent routines and techniques, most of which require little or no sleight of hand skills. Though somewhat dated (you may have a litlle trouble finding some of the materials used) it is chock-full of "how'd he do that" stuff. The variety of material contained is wonderful also. From billets to cards to envelopes to codes to blind-folds to money routines. Just get it! You won't be sorry. I hear that Mark Striving has modernized some of it with a book "Annemann Updated" or something to that effect. I would be interested in that but can't find it
