I am a Mortgage Broker that has been using this book as a bible for all of my salespeople for the past 8 years! Mr. Lumley is very good at pointing out all of the key aspects of mortgage financing and most of all, he covers modern techniques that banks and other lending institutions provide in todays marketplace. This is very useful to people applying for a mortgage and for people who want to learn about the Mortgage Business. Buy it today!
