RICHARD F. HELLER, Ph.D., is a professor emeritus at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City and in the Department of Biomedical Sciences at the City University of New York. He has published more than fifty books, abstracts, articles, and scientific papers. RACHAEL F. HELLER, Ph.D., is an assistant clinical professor emeritus at Mount Sinai School of Medicine and in the Department of Biomedical Sciences at the City University of New York. As a health and research psychologist, she has twice been named Helena Rubenstein Foundation Scholar.

Another revolutionary book from Dr.Rachael and Richard Heller - a must for the carbohydrate-smart dieter! If you like me, have been looking for the solution to yo-yo dieting and found it in "The Carbohydrate addicts diet", then this cookbook is for you. Normally low-carb recipes are bland and uninspiring and quite frankly boring. This book is a 'breath of delicious fresh air'which you will find a mouth-watering read.
