5.0 out of 5 stars Easy to read, understand & implement work stress solutions, 12 April 2002
By A Customer
I raced through this book as it is so sensible and rings true about the problems faced with looking at workplace stress and individuals. It clearly breaks the problems down to manageable pieces and then sets about understanding why they occur and what can be done about it.

As a manager of people I feel better equipped to solve the growing problem of absence related to stress conditions without the fear of peering into peoples private lives inappropriately.

The checklists are handy and the "3 wins in one hit" is the best management tip I have read in ages. Overall a good book to not only have on the shelf but to distribute to any manager of people in the organisation.
