Professors Usha and George have written an excellent book with insights into the Chinese business mind and business environment. Read this book before you do any business deal with China. It offers something for everyone -- old and new China hands alike. The authors provide some really good and counteintuitive advise from the who's who in Chinese business spanning Western and Eastern companies. I particularly enjoyed the perspectives of Pan Shi Yi, China's largest developer, Edward Zeng, CEO of Sparkice.and Elmar Stechels of Bayer. A must read!
