5.0 out of 5 stars an amazing read, 25 Mar 2009

This book is anamazing read! Not only does it teach techniques for helping somone with problems but it also takes you to the depths of yourself and your own insecurities. If you want to know yourself better I would advise this book but be aware that although it is a very helpful read it may open cans that you are not ready to deal with so read at caution.

Simple to understand yet still covers all the material thoroughly.
Well worth purchasing.

anyone intrested in learning better commuication and listening skills would also benefit from this book.
