5.0 out of 5 stars A wonderful selection of the best poems, 13 May 2002
By A Customer
This selection of poems from Owen and Brooke bring you back in time to the filth and the stink of life on the western front all far too realistically. It contains many a famous poem, for example Dulce et Decorum est and Futility. This book leaves an impression on you. Every time you put it down you will be thinking about the words for hours to come. It is a good read for the train or plane and is very substantial for the price
