5.0 out of 5 stars A must for people who have OCD !!!, 16 Mar 2004
By A Customer
This book has been a great companion for me while going through a treatment for a slite CD (omit the O). It does not take to be a Psychotherapist to understand the fundamentals of this disorder. The great advantage is knowing the nature of problem and figuring ways to treat it and get back to normal life. While reading the book, I discovered that OCD is very common and can be easily treated with both psychotherapy as well as medication. But before fighting the problem, one should acknowledge the nature of its oponent.
