Get your paws around this! The wonderful tale of a cat-napping or two... Meet Jillian Hart and her three furry friends, one of which has gone missing after a break-in at Ms Hart's house. Is it Chablis the Himalayan, who is allergic to humans and especially their dandruff; is it Merlot the Maine coon, with his "deep, loud meow"; or could it be Syrah the Abyssinian cat? In fact it is Syrah who has gone Awol, and the hunt is on to find him.
An international inquiry ensues, uncovering a world-wide plot of cat-napping, which uses the internet to find potential victims. Now meet Deputy Candace Carson, a fellow cat-lover and new friend of Ms Hart. Together they set out to uncover the criminal, while also searching animal rescue centres and even putting up signs for the lost cat. But where is Syrah? Will he ever be found?
This book will set your whiskers twitching! Lots of clues and 'red herrings' will help while-away long afternoons, and maybe evenings too. One thing is certain - you'll be hooked!
