I dont know where to begin. This is truly awful. I bought it because I am about to launch into the world of international sales and thank goodness this wasn't my first book on the subject. It is totally dated in every way and presents the customer as a fool and the 'closer' as a clever fast talking shyster who has to manipulate and bully the client into buying. I stopped reading when the author suggested that different approaches should be made to sell to different races and religions. I was totally gobsmacked and at that point had to throw the book away to avoid inflicting it on anyone else.
