5.0 out of 5 stars A Truly Excellent Way To Manage!, 24 Dec 2001
By A Customer
Belasco & Stayer have produced an book here. It is truly worth a read, it will work for you. Too many people read managment tomes with too much cynicism, I Know as I use too! Open your mind to change, try to follow the principles laid out in the book, and you really will see the difference in the way that people respond to you, your problems and the way they think about their jobs!
I have given this book to all of my managers too read, they think it is great too!
