5.0 out of 5 stars A good first intro to OCD, 8 Oct 2000
This book is good if you are looking for a basic, first introduction to OCD. It is well written in a question and answer format that makes subject searching really easy. It also puts forward the very current understanding of OCD and helps you understand the precise nature of this awful illness. If, however, you are looking for a book which is very in-depth or that offers plenty of advice on self-help, you may not find it in this book. BUT, I found this a great book to give to family to help them understand my OCD - something all sufferers should do to gain the proper support for their illness. A very reasonable priced book given the valuable information it offers.
