It was kind of wierd to read about Al actually Leaping to save Sam from certain death. Also it was strange because Al had met himself ca.1988. The story also deals with Sam's prior Leap and picks up from there.Quantum Leap didnt actually deal with this before.

This was an interesting story that focused on what happened to the person after Sam leaps out. It did drag a little, but it was neat to see how Ann Marie responded to her new life.

I must say that Foreknowledge was boring and did not hold my interest into wanting to keep reading the story. The story line was good but could have been better if it were written differently.
