I bought this book because I had read another one of the sunset island series and enjoyed it, but with this book i thought the story was a bit weak.
The best thing about this book is the 3 English characters, which were (unitentionally, i think) hilarious. They say things such as 'spiffing' and 'what-ho' which in all my time living in England, I have never heard anyone (outside a TV show) say.
Worth a read, but don't expect too much.
