Richard Christou's book is a well written - in understandable english - manual for everyone who has to draft or review commercial contracts. Not only does the book provide many standard clauses with an explanation what they are for and when to use them, but Christou also provides practical information on how to draft an agreement. Useful even for people who think they are experienced in drafting contracts. This book should be on every lawyer's bookshelf.
