For anyone looking for a short yet in depth overview of the whats and whys of the Elizabethen age look no further. Having studied under Dr Doran i can not only vouch for her vast knowledge on the subject but also her impressive passion for teaching and writing about it. This book is simple amazing never has so much information been distilled in to quite such a concise manner... 5 out of 5
