Anybody that studies the media or popular culture will find this book a god-send. Strinati covers topics such as mass media, Frankfurt School and Post-modernism in such a way that anyone, regardless of their academic background, would get something out of it. This book forms the foundation of a student in this area's collection, it can be refered to so many times, becasue of how reader frindly it is. Interested in culture, media, sociology?
