The authors are pioneers of applying telecommunications to education.They developed communications based distance educations by using telephone networks and dedicated lines and applied them into education.
Their opinions have great power of persuasion because they actually applied their ideas into education.
They coined virtual class.
This book covers current distance learning and futuristic forecast.
I believe this title is the best book for studying distance education and its related topics.
