A most informative book which has been of tremendous assistance. This book has been formulated to assist working Magistrates, however is user friendly for anyone working within the Magistrates Court.

I purchased this book as a defence solicitor and have found it to be invaluable. It has helped not only in my addressing the Magistrates themselves, but also when advising clients. It also enables you to keep up to date with the law and sentencing powers of the Magistrates.

It provides clear concise guidelines not only in relation to the procedure of the courts but also on a wide variety of offences.

It is user friendly and I would highly recommend it to anyone working within the system.
