5.0 out of 5 stars Classic Text Book in Arbitration, 15 Dec 2001
Mustill & Boyd's book is regarded as a classic book to all practising arbitrators and for all arbitration courses. When I was studying my master degree in Arbitration and Disputes Resolution some years ago, my professor, Prof Neil Kaplan highly recommended this book (the 1989 edition) to all of the students. After that, a new Act came into effect, Arbitration Act 1996 which made a significant change in arbitration law. The new law allows greater freedom to solve dispute outside court by using arbitration and mediation. Now, I am happy to see that Mustill & Boyd have their new book taking into account for this new Act. I like this book because it is very comprehensive. You can regard it as the Bible of Arbitration.
