What a fantastic book! Clearly the first reviewer was bitter about something. This book is great as an unblocking exercise and for anyone with a creative mind. Or anyone who wishes they had a creative mind! As a result of buying this book, five of my friends have gone out and bought it (for themselves and their friends!) as they loved it THAT much! When I have a bit more money I'm going to buy more copies for my friends because it's great! This book focuses on the need for play and how, by playing, we are able to release our creative energy (although, it doesn't actually say that!). This is not a book for you to read and then put on your shelf - you cannot be passive with this book. Marvellous! I recommend everyone has one. Well, clearly not the person who wrote the first review! So I recommend it to everyone who likes to play!

This is a really fun book that brings out your creative, playful side. Most of the 'activities' are brilliant, like the 'tongue painting' and the 'take your journal for a walk'.

I agree it is a little pricey and the paper quality could be better but it's still worth buying if you fancy a change from the usual dull lined pages!

I love this book. It's such a lovely idea. If your a journal making boffin then don't bother, but if your looking for a bit of a giggle, some short creative exercises and an all round kick up the bum in terms of getting in touch with your creative side, then this is an excellent choice. Keri Smith is brilliant. Buy and benefit
