This book takes the beginner through the introductory questions such as the properties of the different types of charcoal but will also satisfy the experienced BBQer with ideas that they may not have thought about before. The range of recipes is enormous covering all meats, fishes, vegetables and puddings that are suitable for cooking on a BBQ. I am happy to recommend it.

The product arrived quickly and was in excellent condition. Have started trying out some of the receipes and so far so good, but the best part of the book is the advice on techiniques and FAQ that really help. It has well taken pictures as well to guide you through the receipes

I don't cook but I love to barbecue. This book is for guys like me - easy instructions and lots of photos. It's all organized for you - steak, chops, pork, burgers - just flip to the right chapter and go! It's a hefty book but well worth it.
