The heroine is Catherine, with her sister she runs a catering company. There is scandal in her families past as her Uncle ran a call girl service. The hero is Logan Montgomery his father is Judge Montgomery who is pushing Logan into politics.
Logans grandmother holds a party and pushes them together, pointing out to Logan that if he dated Cat he would not make a suitable mayoral candidate that his father wants him to be.
The first � of the book (literally) is their first date together - they talk to discover each other as well as the physical explorations. The second half of the book deals with the 2nd and brief 3rd date.
The book is well done in that its only when your near the end that you realise how little plot there was, the book is more about emotions, past baggage, trust, being yourself etc. As the 2 main characters uncover their fears and insecurities and help each other overcome them.
Its worth a read if not for anything other than how the author can write 2 dates and make a reasonably good book. I actually like more plot in a book but found the book quite good.
