5.0 out of 5 stars amusing and informative, 24 Oct 2007

My daughter loves this book, she's four, but it would be suitable for an older child. The illustrations are bright and witty with loads of flaps which pull out to reaveal the workings of the body. See food pass from mouth to toilet with all parts covered in an eductional, but humourous fashion.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic , 18 Nov 2008

This has got to be my 5 year old's most favourite book of all times. There is so much to learn in this book and every time we read it we discover yet another flap and another piece of useful information or a fun fact. Its fantastic for this age group as they find most of the "ewww" stuff very funny and interesting. I learned some new things reading it as well!

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Book!, 5 April 2009
I bought this book to use with my year 2 class during a digestion lesson. It has become a firm class favourite especially as the tongue feels real [yuck!] and the last page features the boy sitting on the toilet. Although there are many flaps it is well made and with many interesting facts. Worth every penny!

Sorry - not the best qualified to do. Needed to replace one that was stolen and my neice took the rap (having left it in a vulnerable place from where it went missing)... Read more
