I looked at the reviews for this book on the American version of Amazon and had very mixed feelings. Despite a massive percentage of the 89 reviews being 5 star, there are a few concerns. The 1 star comments talk of the 5 stars being written by people solicited from the t-tapp forum.

Well, I had never heard of it until recently, and in the past two weeks I have genuinely seen my legs and waist tighten to the extent that I am getting comments almost daily from people I know. :) It has worked like nothing I have ever tried before, and I am an avid health-junkie.

It is true, however, that the methods are difficult to understand. I had to read the book cover-to-cover, and then write down my own versions of the exercises to learn them. But I assure you, it is both possible and worth it. Also, on her t-tapp site, in the Try Before You Buy section, there are video descriptions of several of the exercises.
I have now joined the forum which provides a dedicated and ever-helpful group of trainers and t-tapp fans to help you with any little query.

I whole-heartedly and strongly recommend this book to everyone.
Teresa Tapp's knowledge of isotonic muscle contractions and how to utilise them really do seem to be the 'secret' to instant inch loss.

I found the exercises in this book almost impossible to work out from the pictures and instructions. It's obvious you really need the DVD or to attend a class. However, the free trial DVD was great and the 3 exercises really seem to be doing the trick.

Shame you can only buy the full DVD via her US website.
