When trying to look for self help guides, i have found it increasingly harder to filter the bad ones from the good ones.
This book is deffinatley one of the very good ones.

I have been determined in my quest for a so called "Normal life", and i have read many self help guides. Many have merley pointed out the obvious on how i felt and done very little to help. Then one pops up and for some fantastic reason i can`t put it down. Yes at times the book states the obvious, but i feel
that this has been added to reaffirm your fears and try to, not justify the wrongs, but aleviate them.

The book is split into various chapters, but is mostly looked on as two sections. The first half runs through every kind of feeling and action that you were put through. Explaining things in your child hood that may have, and still seem normal. The book is very detailed, paying much attention to the feelings you may be experiencing whilst reading it. The second half goes into
a deeper level of how to move forward. Yoo will need to be prepared for the ammount of work you need to put into yourself. For those of you who find this the hardest part you will gain the most. This chapter has a series of tasks to complete each week. Some vary from week to week. The good thing is you can work at your own pace, and you can go back and forth to do certain tasks that appeal to you.

As this review is of my own experience, i`d like to be honest and say that i have altast found a book that has addressed my needs. Then in return i have addressed my needs by growing up again and behaving in the way i want to, and not because i was forced or told to.
