5.0 out of 5 stars Good sci-fi, original concept, 10 Jun 2009
By Lee Haywood (Nottingham, England) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Martians Go Home (Paperback)
This story is about the recession that comes when there's one Martian for every three people on the planet. They're annoying but your fist goes straight through them, since they're essentially projections that can talk.

The medium-sized book has a great twist, or at least a clever interpretation of what is going on and is almost worth reading for that alone. But overall the writing is good and the idea fascinating.

5.0 out of 5 stars scifi humour, 4 April 2009
This review is from: Martians Go Home (Paperback)
well frederick brown wrote a master piece with martians go home (it s in political relation at the time of the slogan against the viet nam war "us go home") but the story is more funny than a political satyre
it s about crasy martian that got this ability to be simply very annoying in just telling the truth
i m very puzzled that an american author with a story like that didn t find any film director to put that story into picture it s gret and with a turn over as big as in the sixth sens
especially now when we can do almost every special effect
it s a great book anyway that makes me laugh outloud while i was reading it a must read in this style litterature of comedy sci fi
