Quite disapointed - this CD cannot be used without the book. I tried to use during my 2 hour daily drive to / from work but it is NOT suitable as it assumes you can see the translation.

Good place to start to learn chinese the up and coming language of the world. Its layout is easy to follow with good topics which you would typically use in conversations. Anyway it is a book that is a must if you want to learn.
