This book is certainly one that you won't find on your university reading list, but nontheless it is one of the most enjoyable reads that I've had this year. Richard & Judy - the icons of daytime tv and many student's heros finally get their chance to give their side of the story. I found myself immediately warming to them and loved the way that they wrote separate chapters which I felt really enabled you to get an insight into each of their personalities rather than just the 'couple persona'. I also found it to be a very genuine and honest account of what seems to have been turbulant times and was impressed that it did not descend into getting even with those they had felt wronged them (which can be a case!)
If you've watched them and want a good bedtime read, then I thoroughly recommend this book.

Being a lover of biographies this one did not disappoint. It promises to be open and honest and it certainly is. I expected to find Richard's chapters a little irritating, having felt that about his TV persona, but I couldn't help but warm to him, and Judy comes across in a very positive way. It is funny, warm and above all very enjoyable.

I loved this book and before i read it i wasn't even a fan of the couple. They have both led interesting lifes and this book is fasinating to read. You get an insight to their lives before 'richard and judy'. I came out really admiring the couple. Definately a good book to buy with no chapters that you would want to skip over.
