This is the dramatic world of a senior firefighter who is being dragged back into fitness and solvency... rather against his will, and definitely against regulations.

And then there is Jenny, his ex, who is still giving him much grief ... and may - perhaps - be involved in the arson and murder that follows.

The tension is undeniable, the descriptions are compellingly drawn, the hero is a wonderfully-flawed man (and all the more likeable for that), and the ending is completely satisfactory.

Do I sense a Debut Dagger in the offing?

just tell me when the sequel is coming out!

A London fire-fighter, Steve Jay, finding life hard trying to come to terms with a broken relationship and huge money problems, he reluctantly accepts the offer of extra work as a loss adjuster which could cost him his job if found out, he uncovers far more than expected in an exciting and startling series of arson and murder in which he becomes personally involved.

Brings to life fire-fighting as it really is.
If you liked "London's Burning", you will LOVE this novel even more. Was unable to put down the book and cannot wait for more of the same .
