5.0 out of 5 stars This book got me an A in AS PE!, 8 Sep 2001
By A Customer
this book has truely been amazing.it covers everything i needed for the pscyhological part of the course, without giving me too much information. it is presented in a logical manner, by grouping subjects together and giving clear headings. i found it easy to understand with links on how it relates to sport with good examples. it gave me enough information to get full marks in my exam-and thats the truth, you can see my result sheet for proof!

5.0 out of 5 stars Great!, 7 Feb 2000
By A Customer
This book is really good value for money if you are doing A Level PE. I found that everything I didn't quite get the hang of in lessons was clearly and concisely explained with modern examples. A great bargain!

5.0 out of 5 stars Well worth the money, 11 Oct 2004
By A Customer
This book is definitely worth the money. It provides enough detail to get an understanding of how psychology plays an important role in sport, without going into too much depth. This book is a great introductory book, and includes examples and diagrams where needed. This is one of the better introductions to sports psychology and is suitable for anyone doing GCSE psychology, up to degree level and beyond. I would definitely recommend this book.
