NLP is already embedded in several coaching techniques but this book explains it in much more detail. Very useful for coaches at all levels, beginners and advanced, as each chapter builds upon the previous one with practical examples to illustrate how it works and how you can use NLP in your coaching. An easy to read book that needs a place in every coach's toolkit!

This book is filled with case studies and stories about the practical application of NLP techniques in coaching. The detail makes it easy to understand how to use and vary the techniques to get good results with clients. There's a depth of description about the approaches that makes rich reading for both new and experienced coaches and also NLP practitioners. Even if you think you are great at building rapport with your clients you'll learn more here. The author says that he started out being cynical about NLP so even those who have yet to be convinced about how useful it can be in coaching will find his approach refreshing.
