...in this well written, no-nonsense, jargon free book, explaining the basic skills required in providing services to people. Chapters linked to the core competences make this essential reading for anyone studying for a NVQ/SVQ in social care.

Thoroughly dissapointed with the seller and would not ever buy from this person again. No book, no communication!!! Wouldn't give any stars but couldn't move from the page without doing so.....
