5.0 out of 5 stars The essential introduction to Knowledge Management, 24 Oct 2003
By Paul Carroll (Guildford) - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
This book is a must read for any postgraduate attempting a dissertation on KM. Although it concentrates on the organisational aspects of KM (no reference to Nonaka's Ba or Snowden's Cynefin), it provides several frameworks for analysing KM within the firm and contains all the wizard of the IKON group at Warwick Business School.
