As a hairdresser it is easy to appreciate through the pictures in this book, why Sorbie is an acknowledged master of his art. The pictures are beautiful, and the editorial succinct. The comments from others in the industry further emphasise Sorbie's fantastic contribution to hairdressing. The only disappointment is that the book tells us little of the man in general, giving us an oversight to his career. Definitely worth a look for some fantastic pictures, showing originality, as well as skill. Sadly, if you are looking for a book with lots of writing in it, this is not the one.
