I have been using Facercise for a few weeks now - since October 2003 and have noticed an amazing difference in my face. I'm 39 now and have for years suffered from a double chin, jowls have appeared the past few years, have developed eye bags and generally have this tired look about me. Since using Facercise, the eye bags under my eyes have eased up and are easing up daily and hopefully should disappear soon, I notice that one eye is weaker than the other and with the help of Facercise's eye exercises am strengthening the eye that is weak and has more pronounced eye bags than the other eye which is stronger, my nasal labial lines ie age lines between nose and mouth have lessened and I look younger (wow!), my nose has become perkier and before I didn't even think I had an issue with my nose, but happy with it now as it looks cute, my frown lines on my forehead are easing up, my eyes are looking larger and most importantly after years of trying all sorts of exercises, my double chin is reducing and the turkey looking excess skin is tightening up and I'm so thrilled.

I had been using the Cleo Facial System for months regularly for an hour a day with not much notice at all in my facial tone or jowls, or double chin, and also tried lots of other exercises such as the Profile Toner for my neck/double chin and of all these, Facercise has shown an almost immediate effect! I also bought Eva Frasier's Facial Workout but I couldn't keep up with it as I personally found it boring and couldn't bring myself to watch it twice. Then I read on amazon, someone recommend Carole Maggio's Facercise and I am so grateful!!!!

I can't wait to see what I'll look like in weeks from now and compare my photos! I bought the video tape directly from Carole Maggio's website http://www.facercise.com which I highly recommend as it was difficult for me to figure out the exercises from the book. However I am reading the book which helps aid understand the exercises more.

Facercise is a series of exercises you can do in bed when you wake up for 10 mins (this is using Carole's tapes - which comes with her video) and again 10 minutes at night (11 minutes to be precise); and/or you can use the tape in the car on your way to work, and the exercises can bed done either sitting or lying down. It's like doing what it says, a facial workout for your face and it's really exciting and fun to do and I personally am never bored; unlike with Eva Fraser's video where I really was bored (sorry Eva). I love especially that the results are almost instantaneous!!! Awesome!

I started doing the exercises three years ago. They have completely saved my face from the going "south syndrome". My jaw had started sagging and my mouth had started to turn down. Three years later I have a defined jawline and my mouth has turned the right way again. My lips are full again and I can pass for much younger. I have to say I looked at other face exercise books when I started with this one. However, this book is the best one.

These exercises really work and the book is bright, written in a light-hearted, but informative way and easy to follow. Most of the exercises can be done lying down or sitting up. Therefore they are very easy to implement as they can even be done lying in bed [or bath!]

In my humble opinion add the exercises in this book to yoga asanas, healthy eating and meditation and you have the recipe for agelessness!

By the way, if you are even considering a face lift try this first and you'll probably save yourself thousands and a whole lot of pain!
