Product Description

Product Description

Rachel and her witchy family are back! And now Rachel has found out she has powers of her own, what better place to put them to good use than summer camp? Especially when Raf, the boy of her dreams, is there. OK, so her magic is a bit rough round the edges, but devoted sister Miri is always on hand to help - right? Strangely, Miri seems to have teamed up with Rachel’s uber-bitchy bunk-buddy, Liana. Even worse, Raf also appears to be under her spell. In fact, Rachel soon realizes, she is the only one who sees Liana for what she truly is. The question is: what can she do about it?

4.0 out of 5 stars Bras asnd broomsticks, 20 May 2007
By J. hobson - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
I was given this book by a friend as she owned two copies and to be honest i didnt have very high expectations. One day i was bored and I decided to start it. It was not amazing but i carried on plodding through it. When I got about half way through I began to relate to Rachels character as she feels as though being part of the A-list at school is all anyone ever needs. She also feels a pang of jelousy that her mum amd sister Miri both have witch powers. As always there is problems that Rachel is flat chested and that boy Raf will not notice her.
I am not going to give away the ending butit is not as you expect. It relates to the book Cupid Cakes by Fiona Dunbar in more ways than one.
After finnishing the book i want to read the rest as Rachel is a character every teenager can relate to.
Praise for Sarah Mlynowski
