I thought homebird was a truely great book. I picked it up and couldn't put it down. My favourite bit is where nicky meets a homeless woman called sunny it has some funny moments but also makes you think what life on the run and on the streets is about so read this book it's great!

I read Homebird with my English group.I enjoyed it so much I am getting it for Christmas. One English lesson we were enjoying it so much we ended up reading it for a hole hour.Homebird is the sort of book that when you start reading you can't stop and then when you do finish the book you want to read it again.
