1.0 out of 5 stars Can't even get the word "orgasm" right!, 7 Aug 2001
By A Customer
I was very disappointed with this book. The title and cover suggest that it's all about helping women to have orgasms, and it's not. When Ms Swift talks about "orgasm", she is really talking about "orgasm within partner-sex", and the whole book is aimed at getting from the "can orgasm through masturbation" stage to the "can easily orgasm in partner-sex as well". If that's what you are looking for, then this book is probably helpful. Given that I am a woman who has never had an orgasm, you can guess how helpful I found this book when it devoted barely a page to achieving orgasm through masturbation. If you're like me, try the Heiman/LoPiccolo book instead; at least it doesn't assume that all a woman has to do to achieve that first orgasm is to get busy with her hand for a while.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good info and great attitude, 8 Sep 2001
By A Customer
I enjoy this book on a regular basis. Its upbeat and frank - occasionally hilarious - discussions and advice at the very least lift the spirit. Surely relaxing by having a good laugh has to be a start to making with-partner orgasms a fun achievable pursuit rather than another serious "must do" thing to overachieve at? Its also refreshingly non-judgemental about your lifestyle choices - single or partnered to one or many, this prog doesn't discriminate.

I followed the programme and discovered possexibilities that I didn't know I had - my partner(s) and I owe Rachel a lot. So read it to inspire you to take control of your own pleasure, to laugh with, and to brighten a dull day (in more ways than one ;-)
