4.0 out of 5 stars excellent teach-yourself guide, 29 May 2006
By S. Phillips (UK) - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
Dreamweaver is a massive product, with more options than any book can cover in any depth. As a result, any teach-yourself book is only going to scrape the surface, but this one is a pretty good attempt. It comes with a CD containing half-finished web page examples for each chapter, and takes you, step by step, through changes to the pages. Getting topics in a logical order is never going to be easy, so sometimes you are told to "stick with it - we'll explain it later", which is OK, because they do! Written with humour, and easy to follow, this book has taught me a lot in a few days.
