From major cities to small villages, each map features a unique gazetteer inside the cover to simplify the task of finding your destination. Tourist information is also included for day trippers and holiday makers including Caravan sites, historic buildings, gardens and country parks, themes and much more.

It's a very nice-looking map, but I think it's a shame they lack the imagination to print it on a bigger piece of paper so as to fit on the major bits of land like Islay and Jura. The bottom left-hand corner is arguably unnecessarily cluttered with inset maps of islands.

I'm not 100% sure what the purpose of this map is, because it doesn't really have enough info on it to be a full tourist map; I suppose it might be useful for businesses, but it doesn't really give more than rudimentary info about transportation; but it is nice-looking (apart from the excessive inset maps).
