5.0 out of 5 stars An excellent reference on the question: What is "Good Food", 10 Mar 2002
By Mr. Stephen F. Male "Steve" (England) - See all my reviews

This book will revolutionise all those who read it. We all agree that we should eat good food rather than junk food - yes? The question then becomes what are good foods? The only answer to this question is those foods we have evolved to eat. Its as simple as that. This book gives a great intorduction to these ideas and points out the errors in our western diet. I can not reccommend it too strongly - buy it and change your life.

5.0 out of 5 stars Should be common sense!!!!, 15 Aug 2001
By A Customer
Wow, what a great book. What a way to become healthier and leaner. I tried all the diets the experts tell you and gained more weight then ever eating fat free foods. Why? Is it something else that makes a person fat and not fat content in foods? The answer is here. I eat a variety of foods now and even added things I usually did not eat. I cut out some items that I missed originally but I do not miss now. Simplify your life and habits, read this book and be happy.

5.0 out of 5 stars Revolutionary and brilliant book, 29 Sep 2009

This book is amazing, it changed my and my girlfriend's life. Written from perspective of someone who cured himself from many modern health problems, it strongly influenced our lives. And if you search the internet, you are likely to find more success stories like this. This book is about something called a "Paleo Diet". But it also explains step by step, why this way of eating is right. It is very well written and down-to-earth with no unnecessary scientific terminology.

It is better buy than "The Paleo Diet" by Loren Cordain. I honestly recommend this book to anyone, after reading this book your life may change for better only.
