This review is from: Queen of Swords (Hardcover)
This book was a very enjoyable read, I'd love to know if there is going to be an contiunation because I'd love to know more about the people in the book? For example what happens to Arslan when he gets to France......?

5.0 out of 5 stars An absorbing saga, 22 Mar 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Queen of Swords (Hardcover)
This was the first book I read by Judith Tarr-- it's a wonderfully engrossing tale of Jerusalem, southern France, and the Crusades. Even if you don't normally enjoy historical fiction, you'll be drawn into the characters' lives. I recommend it highly.

This review is from: Queen of Swords (Hardcover)
Queen of Swords is the first book written by Judith Tarr that I've read. The characters are very engaging and I do hope there will be a sequel. Does Arslan encounter Eleanor of Aquitaine again? Does he return to Outremer? The real personages in this book were equally interesting and the setting and descriptions of life in the Holy Lands during the 12th century were fascinating. I am left wanting to read more about all of it and to read another of Judith Tarr's historical novels.
