This is, dare I say, a perfect book for a budding novelist. The letters are direct, honest, warm, witty and extremely useful. As someone who's enthusiasm frequently dips I find this book invaluable as a reminder of what I am trying to achieve through writing. Anyone with even the slightest inclination to put words on paper should definitely buy this book.
