This is a simple book with straightforward advice. Easy to read and it costs only a few pounds, so everyone can try it... Fatsmash is not a diet. It's a program for permanent lifestyle change. Additionally I recommend signing up for daily yoga exercises. You won't belive how quickly you will succeed. I did. For more reading and support I highly recommend "Can We Live 150" by Tombak
